The Short Film Lab is a community program for young female film makers in Qatar. Every term, they hold a program for adolescent females girls to learn how to make short films and their work is showcased in a special screening by the end of the term. This year, Karisma Cosmetics, under AbuIssa Holding, supported the young girls with prizes at the screening to recognize their work. Karisma Cosmetics is an affordable cosmetics store and its distinctive in its dedication to empowering individuals to embrace their own unique beauty. The Short Film Lab was a wonderful opportunity to encourage the creative talent in Qatar. The young women girls were quite impressed with the uniqueness of Karisma Cosmetics as a local Qatari brand and were grateful for the gesture.
