For blocher partners – founded in 1989 by Jutta and Dieter Blocher – design means creating holistic, sustainable experience concepts. These are based on the values of creativity and innovation, customer focus, commitment and responsibility, learning, transdisciplinarity and cooperation. With over 250 architects, interior designers, strategists, consultants and communication experts working all over Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and India, blocher partners develops construction projects for the public sector to private residences, hotels, office buildings, stores and hybrid buildings.

For several years now, the communications agency typenraum, blocher partners General Planning and blocher partners sens have been part of the group. With the founding of blocher partners sustain in 2023, the group also offers consulting services on sustainable planning and construction.

Products and services

Our approach is holistic and transdisciplinary. We think beyond the building and combine our core disciplines of architecture and interior design with general planning (blocher partners general planning), design strategy (blocher partners sens), sustainability consulting (blocher partners sustain), and communication (typenraum). Methodologically, we follow the approach of experience design, which emphasises people’s needs and motivations. Dialogue is important to us, and we are constantly adapting to new places and cultures. We combine technologically advanced and sustainable concepts with a clear design language, measured and appropriate.

We are: Architects, interior designers, urban and landscape planners, communication specialists, product and graphic designers, sustainability consultants, design strategists and general planners.
